Government welcomes court's decision on 11 April 2025 to dismiss application to substitute applicant of judicial review on EIA report of San Tin Technopole. The Development Bureau (DEVB) launched a three-month exercise on 2 April 2025 inviting the market to submit expression of interest (EOI) for three eco-tourism development proposals including those for Pak Nai and Tsim Bei Tsui. DEVB held briefing sessions for the EOI invitation on 14 April 2025. The Development Bureau invited the market to submit expressions of interest(EOI) for the three pilot areas of large-scale land disposal in Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area, Fanling North New Development Area, and San Tin Technopole.
