Government welcomes court's decision on 11 April 2025 to dismiss application to substitute applicant of judicial review on EIA report of San Tin Technopole. The Development Bureau (DEVB) launched a three-month exercise on 2 April 2025 inviting the market to submit expression of interest (EOI) for three eco-tourism development proposals including those for Pak Nai and Tsim Bei Tsui. The Development Bureau invited the market to submit expressions of interest(EOI) for the three pilot areas of large-scale land disposal in Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area, Fanling North New Development Area, and San Tin Technopole.
