Government welcomes court's decision on 11 April 2025 to dismiss application to substitute applicant of judicial review on EIA report of San Tin Technopole. The uncertainty for the development of San Tin Technopole has been removed, and we will continue to press ahead with this flagship project of the Northern Metropolis. The press release can be viewed here. The Task Force for Collaboration on the Northern Metropolis Development Strategy held its sixth meeting in Hong Kong on 11 April 2025. The Development Bureau (DEVB) launched a three-month exercise on 2 April 2025 inviting the market to submit expression of interest (EOI) for three eco-tourism development proposals including those for Pak Nai and Tsim Bei Tsui. DEVB held briefing sessions for the EOI invitation on 14 April 2025.
