The Government launched a three-month exercise on 31 December 2024 to invite interested parties to submit expression of interest (EOI) for the three pilot areas of large-scale land disposal in the Northern Metropolis. The press release can be viewed here. The brochure of the invitation for EOI can be viewed here. The Government held a briefing session on the EOI invitation on 16 January 2025. The preliminary development proposals for New Territories North New Town and Ma Tso Lung are released, and the relevant Legislative Council paper can be viewed here. A 2-month public engagement exercise is scheduled for commencement in mid-January 2025. |
